Submissions to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina are received at the Reception Office during office hours

The President of the Court is available for media appointments arranged in advance through the Public Information Section

All visitors are received in the Reception Office during office hours.

Individuals may submit their suggestions, complaints and inquiries in writing to the President of the Court of BiH. Submissions should be prepared in one of the official languages of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Submissions must be clear and comprehensible and must contain all necessary data (case filing number, parties involved and date of delivery to the Court).

To ensure a response, all correspondence must be signed and include a return address.

Information on the status of a case is available from the Public Information Section (Phone: 00387 (0) 33 707 164/165/178) in accordance with the Guidebook on the Procedure for Publication and Access to Information Under Court of BiH Control.

Public statements

Public statements and press information pertaining to pending proceedings in a particular case are issued by the Public Information Section.
