<item><title>Indictment confirmed in the Momčilo Šešelj and Another case </title>
<description>On 21 July 2010, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the Indictment in the case of Momčilo Šešelj and another. Under the Indictment the accused Momčilo Šešelj is charged with the criminal offence of Organized Crime, in conjunction with the criminal offence of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs. Risto Vreća is charged with the criminal offence of Organized Crime, in conjunction with the criminal offence of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, as well as the criminal offence of Unauthorized Manufacturing and Trafficking in Arms or Explosive Materials. </description>

<item><title>Marko Boškić sentenced to 10 years\' imprisonment</title>
<description>On 19 July 2010, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, having considered and accepted the plea agreement concluded between the Prosecutor\'s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the accused Marko Boškić, delivered a verdict finding the accused Marko Boškić guilty of the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172(1)(h) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina in relation to subparagraph 1(a), all in conjunction with Article 29 and Article 180(1) thereof. The Court sentenced the accused Marko Boškić to ten years\' imprisonment. </description>
