Alija Osmić convicted to three years' imprisonment

Appellate Division Panel of Section I for War Crimes of the Court of BiH, having held a hearing, delivered a second instance Verdict finding the Accused Alija Osmić guilty of War Crime against Prisoners of War in violation of Article 144 of the Criminal Code of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (CC of SFRY), adopted pursuant to the Law on the Application of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Criminal Code of SFRY, and convicted him to three years' imprisonment.

On 26 June 2012, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the Indictment under which the Accused Nihad Bojadžić is charged with the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians and War Crimes against Prisoners of War.
