Students of the Northeastern University visit the Court of BiH

Today, 13 July 2012, in cooperation with the American University in Bosnia and Herzegovina, a group of students of the Northeastern University, Boston, visited the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The purpose of the visit was to learn about the work of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Suspects in the case v. Arif Čović et al. ordered into custody

On 12 July 2012, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina granted a Motion filed by the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and rendered a Decision in the case v. Arif Čović et al. ordering the Suspects Arif Čović, Almir Čović, Đulaga Čović, Hasib Čović, Ale Čović, Husmir Čović and Emir Secgin Recep into one-month custody. Pursuant to this Decision custody may last until 10 August 2012 or until a new Decision of the Court.
