A Contribution Agreement in the amount of 525.000 EUR was signed today at the Court of BiH between the Registry and the German Government. The donation is a continuation of cooperation between the Registry and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany which has donated 3,6 million EUR to this project from 2005 until the end of 2009. It will be used to support the work of the Sections for War Crimes and Organised Crime of the Court of BiH and the Prosecutor\\\'s Office of BiH in 2010.
Elvir Jakupović pleaded not guilty

At the plea hearing before Section I for War Crimes of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), in the Elvir Jakupović case, the accused Jakupović pleaded not guilty. Elvir Jakupović is charged with the criminal offence of War Crimes against Prisoners of War.
