Access to Information

ACCESS TO THE COURT INFORMATION

Pursuant to the Freedom of Access to Information Act of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette No. 28/00; 45/06 and 102/09), every natural and legal person has the right to access information in the control of a public authority, including the Court of BiH. This right is not absolute and it may be subject to restrictions depending on the public interest, in accordance with the provisions of this Act.

Copying costs

The Court does not charge filing requests or drafting and sending written information. However, pursuant to the Decision issued by the Council of Ministers, the Court charges information copying cost. Information subject to the cost charge is sent upon the receipt of the information copying payment slip.

Copy charges:

  • 0.50 KM per standard size page (first 20 pages are free of charge);
  • 10.00 KM per recording medium (floppy disc, CD, DVD) – for electronic documents.
