The Accused

H. A.

On 8 September 2010 the court rendered a decision ordering the detention for the suspect H.A.  The accused shall stay in custody until committed to prison to serve his sentence.

On 25 April 2012,  in the Č. H. et al. (S1 2 K 002596 11 K) case the Court rendered a decision separating the proceeding in relation to the accused H. A.; therefore from now on this case shall be processed under the number of H. A. (S1 2 K  009806 12 K).

Course of the Proceedings:

The Trial Panel of the Section II for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Court of BIH, following the discussion and acceptance of the Guilty Plea Agreement concluded between the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and Defendant A. H. and his defense attorneys, rendered and pronounced on 11 July 2012 the Verdict finding the Defendant A. H. guilty of the criminal offense of Terrorism.  In that regard, the Court sentenced him to 14 year-imprisonment.
