On 1 September 2014, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the Indictment under which the Accused Rešad Mujkić is charged with the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians in violation of Article 142 (1) as read with Article 22 of the Criminal Code of the Socialist Federative Republic of Yugoslavia.

Representatives of Scottish judicial institutions visited the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on 16 September 2014. The visit aimed at learning more about the BiH judicial system, particularly the witness protection and support system, and at exchanging experiences.
Guilty Plea Agreement accepted and Verdict pronounced in the case v. Jovan Mićić

Following the hearing on the Guilty Plea Agreement held on 12 September 2014, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina accepted the Guilty Plea Agreement and handed down the Verdict under which the Accused Jovan Mićić is found guilty of the continued criminal offense Tax Evasion in violation of Article 210(2) as read with Article 54 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In that regard, the Court pronounced a suspended sentence of imprisonment for the term of one (1) year which will not be executed unless the Accused commits another criminal offense within three (3) years of the day when the Verdict becomes final.

Deciding upon the Motion of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina to order custody, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rendered the Decision dated 12 September 2014 granting the Prosecution Motion and ordered the Suspects Jerko Ivanković-Lijanović, Slavo Ivanković-Lijanović, Jozo Ivanković-Lijanović, Milorad Bahilj, Jozo Slišković, Mirjana Šakota and Mirko Galić into one-month custody. Under the said Decision, the custody may last until 10 October 2014 or pending a new Decision of the Court.

Deciding upon the Motion filed by the Prosecutor's Office of BiH to order custody, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on 9 September 2014 rendered a decision in the Dragiša Brnić et al. case ordering the suspects Dragiša Brnić, Neven Stanić, Duško Spasojević, Edin Dugalić, Milan Kostić, Mirsad Čukurija, Krstan Ninković and Zdravko Dikić into one-month custody. Pursuant to this decision, their custody may last until 7 October 2014.

Under the said Decision, the custody may last until 04 October 2014 or pending a new Decision of the Court.

Deciding upon the Motion of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina to order custody, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rendered the Decision dated 05 September 2014 partly granting the Prosecution Motion and ordered the Suspect Branimir Tešić into one-month custody. Under the said Decision, the custody may last until 04 October 2014. Having reviewed the submitted evidentiary material, the Court found that there is grounded suspicion that the Suspect committed the criminal offense alleged against him, and ordered the custody because of the circumstances suggesting the risk of flight and a fear that the Suspect, if released, could hinder the proceedings by influencing witnesses or accomplices.

Pursuant to this decision, their custody may last until 3 October 2014.
