On 26 June 2012, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the Indictment under which the Accused Nihad Bojadžić is charged with the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians and War Crimes against Prisoners of War.

The Indictment alleges, among other things, that during the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina and during the armed conflict between the Army of RBIH and Croatian Defense Council /HVO/, as a Deputy Commander of Special Detachment for Special Purposes Zulfikar of the Supreme Command Staff of the Army of Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina /SOPN ŠVK/, the Accused Nihad Bojadžić violated the rules of international law and participated in torture and inhumane treatment of civilians and prisoners of war in the territory of the Jablanica municipality.
