
Marko Boškić has been found guilty because he, in the period between 10 July and 1 November 1995, as a member of the 10th Sabotage Detachment with the VRS Main Staff, acting individually and together with others, persecuted Bosniac civilian population on political, national, ethnic, cultural and religious grounds, depriving others of their lives, in as much as:
On 16 July 1995, in the period between 10.00 and 15.00 hrs, with prior knowledge that the detained Bosniac men would be executed, at the Branjevo Farm in the village of Pilica, Zvornik Municipality, together with seven (7) other members of the 10th Sabotage Detachment, acting on orders from Dragomir Pećanac and Milorad Pelemiš, firing from an automatic rifle with the intention to deprive them of their lives, he summarily executed several hundred Bosniac male detainees from the Srebrenica enclave, some of whom were blindfolded and who had been previously detained in the Elementary School in Pilica wherefrom they were bused to the execution site at the Branjevo Farm, while only two detainees survived the executions.
The Court extended the custody of the accused Marko Boškić pursuant to Article 138(1) of the CPC BiH. The custody may last for nine (9) months.
