Today, 06 November 2009, in the organization of International Committee of Red Cross, participants of the Law Moot Court program visited the Court and the Office of the Prosecutor of BiH. The participants are Law and Political Science major, coming from Central and South-east Europe. This competition aims to provide additional training in the field of International Humanitarian Law through role play and simulation.

 

During the first part of the visit students saw footage from the trial in X-KR/05/24 Mitrović et al case. The other part of the visit included presentations by Judge Marie Tuma and representatives of the Court and the Office of The Prosecutor of BiH.
