The Court of BiH has built up a specialized legal library aimed to provide its users, primarily the employees of the Court, with all types of information (scientific, professional, educational etc.) and in any form such as printed matters, books, magazines, audio and video materials, electronic media, etc., in accordance with the needs of the users. Under special conditions and with prior notice, its holdings will be available also to other users.

It will be possible to use in the library various monographic publications and serials, articles from our and world literature, relevant legal provisions, on-line legal database and other information available through all other electronic catalogues, libraries and the Internet.

The library holdings currently contained of approx. 1200 headlines from different fields of law, in English and BiH official languages, are continually replenished with new items through purchase, exchange and donations by individuals and institutions, domestic and from abroad, primarily in accordance with the needs of its users. The holdings processing is done according to the International Standard Bibliographic Description for Monographic Publications (ISBD(M), while their classification is done according to the Universal Decimal Classification (UDC). The library has the reading room disposing of 15 seats whereof six are equipped with computers permanently connected to the Internet, photocopying machine, printer and scanner.
