I was born on 9 June 1956 in Zavidovići, where I completed my primary and secondary education. I graduated from the Law School in Banja Luka in 1979. Being a scholarship recipient, I started my employment with the Krivaja Company in Zavidovići as a legal officer and after that I worked in the administration bodies of the Municipality of Zavidovići. I passed my bar exam in 1989 and from 1 May 1990 until May 1992, I worked as a judge of the Basic Court in Živinice. From October 1992 until the beginning of 1997, I was a Judge of the Military Court in Bijeljina. I was appointed Judge of the District Court in Bijeljina in early 1997 and I performed that function until September 2004. After that I worked as an attorney in Bijeljina until July 2005, when I started working as a legal advisor at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina until I was appointed Judge of the same Court.
