Custody of Dejan Radojković terminated and prohibiting measures ordered

On 13 August 2012, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rendered a Decision terminating custody of the Accused Dejan Radojković and imposing the following prohibiting measures:

 

1. House arrest: the Accused may not leave the place of residence – relevant Police Department shall organize random checks on him on a daily basis;

 

2. Travel ban, including temporary withdrawal of travel documents and prohibition of issuance of new ones, as well as the prohibition from using a personal ID card to cross the state border of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

 

The prohibiting measures may last as long as they are needed, and shall be reviewed on a bi-monthly basis.

 

If the Accused violates any of the imposed prohibiting measures, he may be ordered into custody.

 

Dejan Radojković is charged with the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians, and has been held in custody since 25 May 2012.
